These Terms & Conditions govern your use of allianceideal.com and participation in the HVAC Alliance Expert SMS program operated by HVAC Alliance Expert Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Website and Service Requests

Our website provides information about heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services and allows you to contact us about your needs.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically confirm an appointment, establish a service price, or authorize work. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and the scope of work must be agreed upon separately.

2. SMS Program Description

The HVAC Alliance Expert SMS program supports communications about our HVAC services.

Depending on the separate consent choices you make, messages may include:

Non-marketing messages: service request updates, appointment confirmations, and reminders.

Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and seasonal HVAC promotions.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. We send messages only within the categories for which you have provided the applicable consent.

3. SMS Enrollment and Consent

Non-marketing and marketing consent options are independent, optional, and not selected in advance. You may choose either option, both options, or neither.

Providing a telephone number or submitting a service inquiry alone does not establish SMS consent. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your service requests, appointment activity, and the message categories you select.

5. Unsubscribing

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.

After your request is processed, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. We will not send further SMS messages unless you subsequently provide new consent.

To re-enroll, complete the applicable consent process again. Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel an existing service appointment or prevent you from contacting us through another channel.

7. Message Delivery

SMS delivery depends on your wireless provider, network availability, and device compatibility. Delivery times and successful receipt cannot be guaranteed.

Wireless carriers do not accept liability for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.
8.Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or participate in the HVAC Alliance Expert Inc. SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Information associated with this website and SMS program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not provided to other businesses for their independent marketing.

10. Appropriate Use
